📌 Returns
- ✅ Return policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- ✅ Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- ✅ Receipt or proof of purchase required.
- 🚫 Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

🚚 Return Shipping Options
- Option 1 (Customer Arranged Shipping): You're responsible for shipping costs and package safety. We recommend using trackable services with insurance. Echi Knife is not liable for lost/damaged customer-arranged shipments.
- Option 2 (Echi Knife Provided Label): We provide a prepaid shipping label ($35 return fee deducted from refund). Echi Knife assumes responsibility for lost/damaged shipments.
⏳ Processing Time
We inspect returns and issue refunds within 3 business days of receipt.
🚫 Conditions for Return Refusal
- Item shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or labels.
- Returned item does not match the original purchase.
🔄 Exchanges
- Allowed within 30 days of purchase.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Exchanges for equal or lesser value. Customer pays difference and shipping unless due to Echi Knife’s error or defect.
🎁 Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift, receive gift credit.
- If not marked as a gift, refund goes to original purchaser.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

We notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds credited within 3 business days.
